“Week of Goodness” in Menoufia

Tahya Misr Fund, in cooperation with Misr El Kheir Foundation, launched “Week of Goodness” activities at the University Stadium in Menoufia Governorate to support vulnerable families.

Over three days, more than 4,000 families benefited from integrated services, including:

40,000 clothing items distributed through the “Dokan El Farha” exhibition , 4,000 food boxes, 8 tons of meat and A comprehensive free medical convoy covering multiple specialties

The initiative aims to enhance Egypt’s social protection umbrella and ensure fair and efficient aid distribution.

Cairo Governor and Minister of Social Solidarity Launch “Iftar Sa’em” Campaign

Ibrahim Saber, Governor of Cairo, and Maya Morsy attended the launch ceremony of the “Iftar Sa’em” (Breaking the Fast) campaign organized by Misr El Kheir Foundation, a member of the National Alliance for Civil Development Work. Now in its 15th consecutive year, the campaign aims to reach the most vulnerable families across Egypt during the holy month of Ramadan.

The event was attended by prominent public figures, including Hala El-Said, several governors, Ali Gomaa, Chairman of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees, and Ambassador Nabila Makram.

Officials emphasized the political leadership’s commitment to strengthening social solidarity and expanding social protection to ensure aid reaches those most in need through cooperation between government bodies and civil society.

“Innovation for Humanity” Award Ceremony

Misr El Kheir Foundation, in cooperation with United Nations Development Programme in Egypt and the Innovators and Geniuses Support Fund, honored winners of the “Innovation for Humanity” award at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport.

Eight researchers and five startups were recognized from among 465 applicants for projects addressing development challenges and promoting sustainable growth in Egypt. The Foundation affirmed its commitment to providing technical support to innovators to ensure the sustainability and market integration of their projects.

Medical Glasses for Students with Visual Impairments

The Ministry of Education and Technical Education signed a cooperation protocol with Misr El Kheir Foundation to support and develop the education system, including providing medical care and early detection of vision problems among primary school students. The Foundation currently operates 770 community schools nationwide in partnership with banking and private sector entities.

Bicycle Marathon and Blanket Distribution

On International Volunteer Day, Misr El Kheir Foundation organized a bicycle marathon in Maadi, Cairo, and distributed winter blankets to vulnerable families as part of the “Your Goodness is Safety and Warmth” campaign. Around 100 volunteers and staff members participated.

Development of Zuhour El Maaref School in Alexandria

As part of a strategic partnership, Ethydco and Misr El Kheir Foundation inaugurated Zuhour El Maaref School in Alexandria after completing its development and technological upgrades. The initiative supports Egypt Vision 2030 and aims to enhance educational quality in underserved communities.

Launch of “Winter 2025–2026” Campaign to Support Vulnerable Families

For the 13th consecutive year, Misr El Kheir Foundation launched its winter campaign under the slogan “Your Goodness is Safety and Warmth” to provide heating and essential winter supplies to vulnerable families across Egypt.

The campaign includes four main products: winter clothing, blankets, food support, and housing improvement (including home roofing contributions). Distribution continues through the Foundation’s nationwide offices in cooperation with partner associations.

Launch of Programming and AI Training Program for Students

The Scientific Research and Innovation Sector of Misr El Kheir Foundation, in cooperation with inDrive, launched an awareness and training program to teach students basic skills in programming and artificial intelligence.

The program targets 300 students and 30 facilitators, focusing on Scratch, Python, AI tools, logical thinking, problem-solving, and digital product design—particularly for students aged 9–16
